65ph Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the 65ph platform — whether on desktop or mobile — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is between you ("the Player") and 65ph ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our").

These terms apply to all products and services offered by 65ph, including but not limited to sports betting, basketball betting, online casino games, Tongits, Bingo, Esports betting, and any promotional offers. If you disagree with any part of these terms, your only recourse is to stop using the platform.

65ph reserves the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify active players of significant changes via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and participate on 65ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must not be subject to any legal or regulatory restriction that prohibits you from participating in online gambling activities.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 65ph.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

65ph takes age verification seriously. We are required to verify the identity and age of all players before processing withdrawals. You will be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID — such as a PhilSys National ID, Passport, SSS ID, or UMID card — as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.

Each player may register only one (1) account on 65ph. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, address, mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false information is a violation of these terms and may result in permanent account closure.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Do not share your username or password with anyone — not even customer support will ask for your password.
• Any activity performed under your account is your responsibility, whether authorized by you or not.
• Report any suspected unauthorized access to your account immediately by contacting our support team.

Account verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal or when your cumulative deposits exceed a certain threshold. Documents accepted include government-issued IDs and proof of payment method ownership.

All monetary transactions on 65ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). We support the most widely used Filipino payment methods to make funding your account as straightforward as possible.

65ph does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit found to originate from a source other than the registered account holder will be reversed and may result in account suspension. We reserve the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds.

All bets placed on 65ph are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sport. It is your responsibility to understand these rules before placing a bet. General rules that apply across all betting products include:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
• 65ph reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds due to a technical error or data feed issue.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, 65ph's decision is final after internal review.
• Bets placed using bonus or promotional credits are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the relevant promotion terms.
• Live betting (in-play) bets are accepted up until the point determined by the live betting system. Bets accepted after an event result is determined will be voided.

For basketball betting, including PBA, NBA, and UAAP games, bet settlement follows official results as declared by the governing sports body. For esports betting, results follow the official match broadcast records.

65ph regularly offers bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, and other rewards to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms which are published on our Promotions page and must be read in conjunction with these general terms.

• Bonuses are valid only for the player account they were issued to and cannot be transferred.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• 65ph reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to exploit or abuse bonus offers — including using multiple accounts — will result in bonus cancellation and possible account suspension.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional or syndicate betting operations may have promotional access restricted.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 65ph. Engaging in any of these behaviors will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Multiple account creation — registering more than one account in any form.
• Fraudulent deposits — using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment methods.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to unfairly influence game outcomes.
• Bonus abuse — exploiting promotional offers through systematic or deceptive means.
• Money laundering — using the platform to process funds of illegal origin.
• Match fixing — placing bets on events where the outcome may have been manipulated.
• Automated betting — using bots, scripts, or software to place bets automatically.
• Hacking or tampering — attempting to interfere with the platform's software or security.

65ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Multiple account creation.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward platform staff or other players.

If your account is suspended due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, balances derived from prohibited activities will be forfeited.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method within three (3) to five (5) business days.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in Philippine law, regulatory requirements, platform features, or our internal policies. The most current version will always be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top.

For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations as a player, 65ph will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
