Then provide your basic personal details — full name, date of birth, and region. Agree to the Terms and Conditions and you're in. A verification link will be sent to your email. You must be at least 21 years old to open an account on 65ph.

To complete identity verification and unlock withdrawals, you'll need to upload a clear photo of a valid Philippine government-issued ID. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended and balances forfeited. If you suspect someone else has opened an account using your information, contact our support team immediately.

Log in to your 65ph account, go to Account Settings, and look for the Personal Details section. Some changes — particularly to your registered mobile number — require verification for security reasons. If you're unable to make the change yourself, contact our 24/7 support team via live chat or email.

Deposits & Payment Methods

Log in to your 65ph account, go to the Cashier section, and select Deposit. Choose your preferred payment method — GCash, Maya, GrabPay, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, or Visa/Mastercard. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transaction. GCash and Maya deposits are usually instant. Bank transfers via InstaPay typically clear within a few minutes to a few hours.

The minimum deposit on 65ph is ₱100. This low entry point makes it easy for any Filipino player to get started without a big commitment. There is no maximum limit on deposits, though payment processors may impose their own daily limits — check with your e-wallet or bank for their specific caps.

Most deposits are instant, but bank transfers can sometimes take 30 minutes to a few hours depending on your bank. 65ph does not charge any processing fee on deposits from our side. However, your e-wallet or bank may apply their own transaction fees for outgoing transfers. GCash and Maya typically don't charge fees for transfers to licensed merchants. Check your payment app's fee schedule if unsure.

Withdrawals & Payouts

Log in, go to Cashier, and select Withdraw. Enter the amount and choose your preferred payout method — GCash, Maya, InstaPay, or bank transfer to BDO, BPI, or UnionBank. Your identity must be KYC-verified before your first withdrawal can be processed. Payouts are reviewed and typically sent within 1–3 business days.

The minimum withdrawal on 65ph is ₱500. This ensures that processing costs don't eat into smaller payouts. There's no cap on the maximum withdrawal, but very large amounts may require additional verification and could take slightly longer to process.

Withdrawals submitted on weekdays are typically processed within 1–3 business days. GCash and Maya payouts tend to be on the faster end of that range. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. Weekends and public holidays in the Philippines may add one extra business day. If your withdrawal hasn't arrived after 3 business days, contact support with your withdrawal request ID.

Common reasons for a declined withdrawal include: incomplete KYC verification, outstanding bonus wagering requirements that haven't been met yet, the payment method details not matching your registered account name, or a flagged security review. Bonuses & Promotions

A wagering requirement (also called a rollover or turnover) is the number of times you need to bet the bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable.
